About Catherine McGreevy
Catherine McGreevy grew up in countries including France, Spain, and Morocco, where she learned to love reading, traveling, and history. She writes intelligent, exciting novels with a dash of adventure and romance, like those of the authors who influenced her most: Mary Stewart, Elizabeth Peters, Phyllis Whitney and Georgette Heyer.
Now a resident of Northern California’s historic gold country, Catherine writes suspense and historical novels with just a touch of romance, including The Jewelry Case, The Gardener’s Tale. Chance’s Bluff, and A Place Called New Hope.
She has also written award-winning screenplays and is active in several writers’ organizations, including Sisters in Crime, the California Writers Club, and Northern California Publishers and Writers. You can see her at various book signings and authors’ events on the West Coast.
